A Celebration Every Day 2025

Today is about being thankful to healthcare workers. They got us through COVID and continue to work hard everyday to take care of us and keep us healthy. I want to personally thank all the staff at the Life Care Center of Port Townsend. They work so hard and they are so kind and compassionate.

Shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it.

March 2: Officers were called to a local restaurant, where a bag of suspected methamphetamine was found in a bathroom. The meth has been safely stored, and if you believe it belongs to you, please contact the Port Townsend Police Department.

At 9:44 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, in the 600 block of 55th Street, a caller told police that “Swedes were around” as well as vikings. He wouldn’t provide his address, but an officer spoke with the man on the phone. He said he’d smoked a lot of cannabis recently.
