A loophole worthy of the Republicans.
By: Todd LerWashington, D.C. – Republicans have figured out that they can lie, cheat, and steal and do whatever it takes in order to win.
Democrats need to hold Trump accountable for his collusion and conspiracy with Russia, emoluments, tax evasion, campaign finance violations, abuse of power, constant lying, corruption, racism, and misogyny. These are just a few of Trump’s crimes. And apparently he is free to do all these things that would land any normal person in prison for life because of a little memo from the seventies that says a sitting president cannot be indicted.
Forget subpoenas. Forget hearings. Heck, forget impeachment. If you can’t indict the criminal while he’s sitting, then just do it when he stands up!
He stands up all the time. Do it while he’s golfing. Do it while he’s ranting and raving at one of his rallies. Just hurry up and do it before he sits down again when his bone spurs start flaring up.
