Washington, D.C. - Sleepy slow talker HUD Secretary Ben Carson may be more wily and quick witted than anyone has realized. When news of his ethics violation came out last week he managed to drag his self-defense out so that it got buried by the news of the explosive "memo" released by the Republicans. When reporters first asked Carson to explain, all he said was, "I". The next day he stated, “did nothing" and, on day three, he concluded with, "wrong." By then, the only person covering the story was a cub reporter from Bear Claw, Alaska.
